Our Design Process
We have a robust process for delivering high quality websites at an affordable price. It’s really important that you understand this process before you start working with us and that you are comfortable with it. All work is done in-house by our Web Design team and we do not outsource any aspect of our work.

We’ll help you to complete a design questionnaire. This gives us an idea of what you want so we can give you a quote based on your needs.
Your website designer will create a design for you to review and then work with you until you are happy to sign it off.
We will code it so that it is responsive. Since you are the expert in your field we will need you to supply the words for each page.
When the website is ready, we will make it live.
Our job does not end when the site goes live. We are here to support you as much or as little as you need.
What about Privacy?
With new legislation such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you’re expected to let users know what data you’re collecting and how you’ll use it.
If your website collects any sort of information or data from its visitors, you need to set up a privacy policy page to let them know about it. Does your site use cookies? Does your site have sign-up functionality or a contact form? Then you are collecting data from your users and you need a privacy policy.
A privacy policy lets visitors to your website know what you will do with any personal information they give you. Visitors need to know how the personal information and data that you collect will be used, and if it will be shared with third parties. More importantly, you have a responsibility to your visitors to keep their information secure.
