HOW WE LIKE TO WORK

We have a robust process for delivering high quality websites at an affordable price. It’s really important that you understand this process before you start working with us and that you are comfortable with it. Please take a look below, and if you would like to discuss the process in more detail get in touch and one of our team will be happy to guide you through it.

Please note that all work is done in-house by our Web Design team and we do not outsource any aspect of our work.

1. CALL US

First you need to sign up to our service. When you sign up you will need to pay 50% upfront with the balance due when your site goes live. 

2. RESEARCH

Complete a short design questionnaire. What you want but adding our design and marketing experience to complement your project.

3. DESIGN

Your website designer will create a design for you to review and then work with you until you are happy to sign it off. 

4. BUILD

We will code it so that it is responsive. At this stage you will also need to supply the words and artwork for every page.

5. LAUNCH

When the website is ready we will make it live and recommend the best domain configuration for your project.

6. SUPPORT

Our job does not end when the site goes live. We are here to support you as much or as little as you need.

Every website needs a home page, it’s the first page visitors land on when they visit your domain name.

ABOUT US

Your about page is where you tell potential customers more about your company and what you stand for.

PRODUCTS / SERVICES

You should have a page for each product or service you provide, clearly highlighting the features and benefits of each.

PORTFOLIO

Visitors may want to see examples of your previous work, a portfolio page is where you would showcase them.

TESTIMONIALS

Visitors may want to see reviews from previous customers, a testimonial page is where you would show them.

CONTACT

Your contact page is where you tell visitors how to contact you. Include a form and map to show your location.
